- May be its time to find new normal
Good Afternoon Friends!
Thank "God" for keeping me safe from Pandemic till now.
Will wake up tomorrow morning and start running on the ground of my self-reliance.
I will try to make myself so capable for the future that if such an pandemic comes again in life, then there should be no problem even after sitting at home for a year.
I will not expect any help from the government or the company next time.
To make myself self-reliant, I am following practice in day to day life and will continue the same in future also:-
1) Practice Yoga every day in the morning.
2) Have a satvik / vegetarian meal with family members before 8 PM in the night.
3) Sleep before 10 o'clock every night.
4) Wake up in the morning at 4 to 5 AM every day.
5) Will not use any bank's credit card.
6) Will carry my food, water, dish, spoon, mask and sanitizer from home at the time of leaving for office.
7) Not share my food and drink in the office with any friends.
8) Will not leave office for entertainment break during working hours.
9) Will do subtle yoga like Tadasana for 2 minutes every hour during work in office.
11) Won't go for watching movie in theatre.
12) Avoid other unwanted expenses.
13) Will categorize my income expenditure this way :-

14) Will never use any meal from outside.
15) On return from office, will sensitize myself first and then meet family members.
16) Take some home made Immunity Booster kadha after reaching home.

If I make myself capable and self-reliant, then society and country will also become self-sufficient.
